Joe Biden = Idiot

Joe Biden is threatening Bush with impeachment if he bombs Iran.  Hey stupid!  You are a Senator, not a Representative, therefore you cannot impeach crap.  Nor could the President be impeached for exercising his powers as Commander-in-Chief unless he commits high crimes or misdemeanors.  The more Mr. Fu hears this kind of garbage the more he thinks Balkanization of the U.S. would be a good idea.  How do we get away from these clowns?

GW Bush has gone through life basically screwing up everything he has touched. If he wants to be a screw-up that is his business but not with my country.

Biden trusted and supported GW Bush once and Bush flagrantly violated and abused that trust.

There are already plenty of reasons already for impeaching Bush and Cheney.

  2. wilsonfu said

When did Biden trust Bush and regarding what?

To which high crimes or misdemeanors are you referring?

  3. gasdocpol said

Biden trusted and supported GW Bush when he voted to authorize Bush to use military force against Iraq.

GW Bush lied us into the Iraq fiasco and all that entailed. If that is not high crimes and misdemeanors, I don’t know what is.

  4. wilsonfu said

Okay, so Biden authorized Bush to use military force in Iraq, based off the same data that Bush used, and therefore Bush is the criminal? Why didn’t Biden threaten to impeach him then? Because Biden had to know that Bush was lying at that point, right? So then we would have to remove Biden from office for the same crime, yes?

Perhaps you really just don’t know what is? Do you think Biden should impeach Bush now? So what actual crime did Bush commit? Lying? Under what circumstances is that a crime?

GW Bush was put in the White House by Neoconservatives specifically to invade Iraq .

This statement is based not on hearsay but on direct testimony by Bush White House insiders.

Google: Paul O’Neill, Richard A. Clark, Lawrence Wilkerson, Downing Street Memo, PNAC

Note that Cheney, Rumsfeld ,Wolfowitz, Bolton and basically all of GW Bush’s top advisors were in PNAC , a Neocon think tank that advocated a massive military build-up, aggressive foreign policy to make the USA the dominant world power in the 21st century. PNAC even went on record 13 months before 9/11 saying that a catastrophic catalyzing evernt-a new Pearl Harbor would expedite their agenda. Suggesting that Cheney and Rumsfeld had both motive and opportunity to tamper with our defense for 8 months prior to 9/11 in order to allow 9/11 to succeeed. This does not prove anything but there is infinately more linking Cheney and Rumsfeld than Saddam to 9/11.

The members of the Project For a New American Century (PNAC) had their agenda prepared and published before they propped up an uninformed, inexperienced, failed businessman named George W. Bush as their poster candidate.
He had great appeal among the good ole boys and the Bible thumpers who were not very likely to vote for the scowling man behind the curtain, Dick Cheney.

George W. Bush had not been sitting around for the previous 10 years thinking about foreign policy. Rather, he was being coached on foreign policy by handlers who had to teach him that Africa was a continent and not a country.

What crime did GW Bush commit? He lied us in to a fiasco that has resulted in getting thousands killed needlessly, trashed the international standing of the USA and doubled the national debt. And that is just regarding the Iraq war.

  6. wilsonfu said

Cut the bullshit. What crime? Name one or three.

Bush doubled the national debt? Last I knew it was Congress that passed the budget. Though you can blame Bush for signing off on it. But to lay it solely at his feet is illogic of a high degree.

I don’t mind you commenting here. But please stick to facts and use some logic. And avoid wacky conspiracy theories that you do not clearly label as “whacky conspiracy theory.” I like a good whacky conspiracy theory as much as the next guy, but please. The whole “plan to invade Iraq” thing. Was Clinton in on it? Because he certainly talked a big game about how Saddam was this huge threat to the US. Now if you tie Clinton into it I would find it more believable. ‘Cause the boy has “conspiracy” written all over him. 😉

GW Bush’s fiasco in Iraq and GW Bush’s tax cut which favorized the rich have been the biggest factors increasing the national debt.
GW Bush’s “leadership” brought out the worst in Americans and the worst in Congress.

Fact Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz et al were members of PNAC

Fact The openning statement of PNAC stated the they thought that the world would be better off under US leadership.

Fact PNAC goes on and on about building up our military and adopting an aggressive foreign policy

Fact On page 52 of “Rebuilding America’s Defenses” in AUGUST 2000 it was
stated that the the agenda of PNAC would be much expedited if there were to be a catastrophic, catalyzing event – a new Pearl Harbor. (Does 9/11 qualify as a new Pearl Harbor?)

It seems reasonable to assume that since Rumsfeld and Cheney were part of PNAC they were in agreement with its philosophy and agenda.

Fact Cheney and Rumsfeld WERE IN A POSITION to tamper with our defenses for 8 months before 9/11. I HAVE NO PROOF THAT THEY DID AND I HAVE NOT SAID THAT THEY DID.

Fact GW Bush constantly mentioned Iraq and 9/11 in the same breath. One could reasonably conclude that his intent was to deceive Americans into thinking that Iraq had something to do with 9/11.

Fact To this day, Cheney insists that there is evidence that Iraq was responsible for 9/11

Fact Bush White House insiders like O’ Neill and Clark stated that invasion of Iraq was at the top of the GW Bush agenda from the very first cabinet meeting in January 2001 and after 9/11 only Powell stopped us from invading Iraq immediately.

Fact If you think that Clinton was in on it , google…. Clinton PNAC Those American Nazis from PNAC tried to get Clinton to invade Iraq in 1998 but he knew what the Hell he was doing and sent them on their way.

The above are some well documented facts, my friend.

I do agree that Hillary, Biden, Edwards , Kerry all had their heads up their butts for trusting and supporting GW Bush and that they share some of the blame.

Clinton, yeah, right. How about this from Scott Ritter: “I sat in the office of then-U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Bill Richardson, as the United States cut a deal with then-U.N. Special Commission Executive Chairman Richard Butler, where the timing and actions of an inspection team led by myself (a decision that was personally approved by Bill Clinton) would be closely linked to a massive U.S. aerial bombardment of Iraq triggered by my inspection. I was supposed to facilitate a war by prompting Iraqi noncompliance.” (http://alternet.org/waroniraq/48729/?page=entire)

Clinton lied, people died? I wonder if Bill bothered to tell George that Saddam had no WMDs?

“Fact PNAC goes on and on about building up our military and adopting an aggressive foreign policy”

Hmmm, I guess I missed the vote on putting PNAC in charge of Congress and the Executive Branch. But then again you don’t vote for a king.

And Clinton, Biden, et. al., bear some of the blame? Their pals in Congress could have stopped this war any time they wanted to. They could probably even ahve made a case under the War Power Act and stopped the thing inside ninty days even without Bush’s approval.

  9. gasdocpol said

Fact Col. Lawrence Wilkerson, Colin Powells chief of staff, has stated that the GW Bush White House was run by a Neoconservative cabal headed by Cheney and Rumsfeld. So PNAC basically WAS in charge of the Executive Branch. It was not conciously voted on, but those who voted for GW Bush in 2000 unwittingly DID put PNAC in the White House.

    As I said earlier

The members of the Project For a New American Century (PNAC) had their agenda prepared and published before they propped up an uninformed, inexperienced, failed businessman named George W. Bush as their poster candidate.
He had great appeal among the good ole boys and the Bible thumpers who were not very likely to vote for the scowling man behind the curtain, Dick Cheney.

George W. Bush had not been sitting around for the previous 10 years thinking about foreign policy. Rather, he was being coached on foreign policy by handlers who had to teach him that Africa was a continent and not a country.

And yes, I agree that Hillary , Biden , Kerry et al do indeed share some of the blame.

Gore, Graham, Dean and Obama (and indeed, Ron Paul) got it right

  10. wilsonfu said

An interesting collection of opinions, but the unanswered question still remains: Name one crime that Bush has committed that warrants impeachment?

  11. gasdocpol said

GW BUSH LIED AND MISLED THE USA INTO THE IRAQ WAR WHICH HAS UNNECESSARILY CLAIMED THOUSANDS OF LIVES AND WILL PROBABLY COST A TRILLION DOLLARS AND THAT IS NOT TO MENTION TRASHING THE REPUTATION AND WORLD STANDING OF THE USA.

I would say that is sufficient to warrant taking GW Bush out and shooting him but I would settle for removing him from office.

  12. wilsonfu said

Guess what, your claim on what Bush did is not a crime. But what you just wrote might be.

  13. gasdocpol said

It was once a crime to say that the earth was not the center of the universe and Galileo was once imprisoned for saying just that.

Fortunately some people come along and are able to perceive when the Emperor has no clothes.

There are people who go on national TV and say that GW Bush lied.

I particularly appreciated the way Keith Olbermann ripped Dubya a new one the other night.

You could probably take an entire maximum security prison and add up all the harm done to Americans caused by the scum of the earth who reside there and not have it be equal to the harm resulting from GW Bush being in the White House.

This is a free country. You can believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny or even George W. Bush. Go for it !!!

BTW I voted for George H W Bush (aka Bush the Elder) and thought that he was a good President and I have voted for as many Republicans as Democrats for President.
